Overview:
We’re seeking a IT Helpdesk Technician, Level 1 to join our tech team and provide professional  frontline technical support for end-users in our US offices and working remotely. You’ll troubleshoot desktop/laptop and mobile hardware issues, set up new hire equipment, document requests, and escalate appropriately. to create the fourth-largest travel nurse staffing company in the United States. Our new company, Ingenovis Health, will leverage cutting-edge technology to quickly align specialized healthcare professionals around the United States with temporary critical assignments at healthcare systems nationwide. Coming off our heroic success placing providers to fight COVID-19, our team is positioned to make an incredibly important impact to ensure uninterrupted quality patient care in America.

 

Some of the things you’ll do:

Troubleshoot desktop/laptop (Windows and Mac) and mobile (Android and ioS) hardware issues and related software and connectivity issues with users both in-person and remotely.

Build, configure, ship and support laptop hardware and related equipment for new hires.

Communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders, following up as needed.

Effectively document support requests, updates and resolutions in our ticketing system. 

Escalate unresolved issues to Level 2 support as appropriate.

Travel up to 25% to our other US offices.

 

And to do this, you’ll have:

Two year college degree in IT or equivalent technical training and work experience.

2+ years experience with desktop/laptop support in a corporate help desk environment;
2+ years setting up wired/wireless LANs and connecting small workgroup PCs and printers.

Hands-on experience managing and maintaining Active Directory, Group Policy, Windows Desktop OS, Office 365, Microsoft Exchange.

Preferred experience in SharePoint, Intune, VOIP, PowerShell Scripting; configuring mobile devices (Android & iOS), printers, video conferencing and A/V equipment; supporting On-Prem and cloud-based phone systems, Zendesk, Azure, NextGen AV’s (CarbonBlack, Vigilant).

Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly in spoken and written English, a patient demeanor, and professional style.

Ability and interest in learning a lot and applying that knowledge; you’re a quick study!

Sound judgment, problem solving, and conflict resolution skills.

Great organizational and team skills, with ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines.

Pay Range: $50-60K, based on location, qualifications and experience
