Our Trustee and Fiduciary Services division provides specialized software and consulting services to Chapter 7 and non-bankruptcy trustees in all 50 states.

The Opportunity:
Axos Fiduciary Services is seeking a Senior UX Designer to transform the way we interact with our customers.  This person will be key in supporting the needs of the business unit to deliver assets that drive engagement and significantly improve customer experience in innovative ways.

The Role:
Help drive design and development of the next chapter in Trustee case management

Lead various projects through the design process, working closely with product management, software development, visual design and branding

Grow the brand guidelines and ensure consistency across product offerings

Create branded experiences for our mobile and web applications

Are You A Fit? :
5+ years' UX design for software, web and mobile

Strong track record of successful UX design, UI design & development with an emphasis on intuitive, slick, modern designs and workflows

User-centered design process and conducting usability tests

Accessibility and ADA guidelines/compliance as it relates to websites and applications

Experience working with concepts such as personalization and dynamic content, based on customer and user data

A strong understanding of web development best practices, design, and methods

An entrepreneurial spirit in which your take ownership of your product and work to continuously improve

Photoshop, Illustrator, Invision, and Sketch

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Ability to partner with various cross-functional teams, providing leadership when necessary

Strong commitment to meeting high expectations of end users with regard to excellent customer acquisition, retention, and testing opportunities

Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Design, Interaction Design or equivalent experience
