Compensation includes: $45,000 - $50,500 base salary plus 10% bonus/semi-annual review

The Opportunity:
The Advisor Services Analyst-Operations is responsible for participating on a team that supports our clients. They will help our clients grow by completing daily workloads in an accurate and timely manner. The Analyst will demonstrate the ability to support one of the following functions: New Accounts, Income Processing, Transfers, Distributions, or Cash Management. Other responsibilities may arise as part of our ever-evolving work environment.

The Role:
Processes incoming ACAT and Non ACAT transfer-out requests

Processes exception item postings

Researches out of balance items

Pro-actively communicate with internal departments and external contra firms, fund companies and asset sponsors to provide guidance and answer any specific inquiries

Follows up on all outstanding items and participates in Quality Control processes

Work collaboratively with the team to meet all daily responsibilities and maintain excellent service levels

Identify and document process and system enhancements for productivity, quality, and efficiency

Contribute to special projects and assignments as needed

Manages AAS systems, software and workflow

Are You A Fit? :
High school diploma or equivalent

2+ years' in financial operations or similar role


Bachelor’s degree

Experience with rules and regulations governing bank and brokerage accounts
