Job Description

Responsible for the design, implementation, enhancement, and support of integration solutions. Provides leadership to a small team that owns the integration between applications.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

* Leadership
* Provide technical thought leadership on integration solutions. Identify opportunities to improve tools and approaches going forward.
* Provide high-level estimates for Integration work in support of project estimation (including capital projects).
* Serve as subject matter expert for primary interface engine (Cloverleaf).
* Serve as team leader for Integration resources, completing necessary managerial functions (such as status reporting) for the team.
* Mentor and coach less-experienced Integration team members
* Implementation
* Develop integration solutions for a wide range of projects, from small to large. For all initiatives:
* Collaborate with end users to understand requirements and design solutions
* Evaluate options and develop technical design
* Develop solution via interface engine or other appropriate toolset
* Complete thorough unit testing of solution
* Provide input to the development of integrated test plan
* Execute integrated test plan
* Provide input to the development of LIVE plan
* Support LIVE activities
* Coordinate project planning, with an understanding of operational interdependencies
* Ongoing Enhancements and Support
* Build enhancements to current functionality via interface engine or other appropriate toolset
* Participate in detailed testing of software updates and upgrades
* Respond to issues reported by users; research and resolve issues in a timely fashion
* Provide excellent customer service: communicate in a friendly and professional manner, empathize with users on system issue impacts, set appropriate expectations on issue resolution
* Participate in after-hours on call support rotation, to troubleshoot and resolve system issues escalated by the Help Desk
* Promote cross training across Integration team, for career development and to ensure adequate secondary coverage on all applications
